Open PhonoLeaf, go to Settings → Delete my data, and confirm. That erases everything on your phone and everything on our server in one step. If you no longer have the app, email us and we will do it for you.
This erases, straight away: your backup (reading positions, finished books, titles, listening time), everything Friends holds (your name, who you follow and who follows you, likes, replies and recommendations), and everything stored on the phone, including downloaded voices. It also disconnects your Google account from PhonoLeaf. Your books in Google Drive are never touched.
To erase only the copy on our server and keep using the app, turn Backup off in Settings.
Write to support@phonoleaf.com from the Gmail address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my data". Because our server files your data under a code made from your Google sign-in rather than your email address, we may ask you to sign in once on any phone so we can find it. We confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days.
You can also remove PhonoLeaf's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account's connections page.
The Privacy Policy describes everything PhonoLeaf holds and for how long.
